Jim is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of TradeRocket. In 2013, Jim organized and led a syndicate that provided TradeRocket with its initial funding. Jim’s career in Financial Services Technology, Big Data, and Analytics spans over 25 years.
Jim was the founder of Visionary Systems, Inc. (VSI), an applications service provider of enterprise level decision engines for credit underwriting and fraud applications. Through Jim’s leadership, VSI grew to #15 on the INC 500© Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies list for 2002. In 2004 Jim and team orchestrated the sale of VSI to TransUnion, LLC, a leading credit reporting agency.
Jim was a partner with the founders of CompuCredit Corporation (NASDAQ: companyCCRT) a leading credit issuer specializing in the under-served marketplace. Jim advised CCRT as its acting CTO and chief technology strategist through its 1999 IPO, an explosive period of growth when CCRT saw its market cap grow to $1.5B.
Jim received his BBA from the University of Cincinnati in 1985 with a double major in Information Systems and Finance.
Santiago helped to develop the core TradeRocket technology and is continually working with customers to make sure that it remains in alignment with their dynamic needs. Santiago has worked extensively in information solutions on a global scale for companies such as Equifax and Tellermate, helping to shape and market products. He has successfully delivered data based products to some of the largest companies in the world and is applying this expertise to TradeRocket’s market. He holds a BBA from Valdosta State University, Langdale College of Business.
John has the challenge of managing TradeRocket’s operations, including legal, human resources, customer service and sales support. With over 30 years of experience in finance, treasury operations, and accounting, he has worked as for a variety of companies. Most recently he worked as the Treasurer for Wells Real Estate Funds, Inc., a national real estate investment management company that raised over $10 billion of equity and acquired over $12 billion of office real estate. John holds a BS from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
Albert leads TradeRocket's business development and sales department. He brings extensive experience and understanding of the complexities the mid-market and international companies live with day-to-day. Prior to joining TradeRocket, Assad worked as a financial and management consultant focusing on strategic planning, management improvement and funding opportunities on both a national and international level. He is a dynamic, multi-lingual leader with a passion to guide companies to success and is convinced that TradeRocket holds a powerful tool that companies can leverage to help themselves and their suppliers to succeed. Albert holds an MBA and two other master degrees from several universities abroad.
Michael oversees TradeRocket’s technology strategy to insure that it is in harmonic alignment with the business strategy. He has established the company’s technical vision, leads all aspects of its technology development and is attuned to market needs that are satisfied with an innovative technology solution. Michael had an extensive history holding key product architecture, engineering and IT positions at TransUnion. He received a BS from the University of Georgia and an MS from Florida State University.
Cisco owns the operational design, operation and support of TradeRocket’s cloud-based distributed infrastructure and product portfolio. His charge is to deliver industry-leading service uptime and anticipate end-customer operational needs, to ensure that TradeRocket’s offerings integrate seamlessly into many varied customer settings. Cisco has over 15 years of experience operating web infrastructures and services in both startup and corporate environments. He recently worked as Technical Director at Turner, where he led the Site Reliability Engineering team and Digital Operations Center helping to support and monitor Turner’s digital brands and their supporting services.
